• All payments for completed work are C.O.D.

• 24-Hour Services subject to availability and will be based on each call in the
order it was received.

• In the event of a complete regional power outage which involves the local
authorities' decision(s), all trouble-shooting effort will be aborted until further
instructions and /or clearance from the local authorities.
